Bethany Ulrich
Bethany joined the Amextra team as Manager of International Programs in August 2011. A Chicago native, in recent years Bethany worked in Los Angeles, where she established and maintained two health-focused coalitions as part of a national initiative to eliminate health disparities. Before that, she coordinated volunteers and activities at a Azusa Community Garden and helped organize clergy and laity to support hotel workers trying to earn a living wage. Now, she is thrilled to make Mexico City her home- where she can finally apply her partnership-making and bridge-building skills to her passion for engaging individuals and faith communities in personal and social transformation. Bethany holds a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from Azusa Pacific University.
Seeds of Transformation is a program of the Mexican Association for Rural and Urban Transformation (AMEXTRA).For more information about staff at Amextra please see their website.
